-The Second scanner (HP JetSend 9100c) is located in the IN.R.133 and is usable only when the office is opened or by the staff. This scanner is an automatic device that can simplify the work of scanning a large number of pages. Using this device, the user generate a pdf file that is sent by mail at the address the user want. The scanner has an autofeed mechanism, so the pages must be separate and without staple points.
