- Create a standard user account - login as this user - Personalize the Dock - logout - Login with an account that has administrative rights - Open a terminal window - Execute these commands:

1. sudo cp /Users/<name of the user used to personalize the dock>/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist /System/Library/User Template/English.lproj/Library/Preferences
2. chmod 600 /System/Library/User Template/English.lproj/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist

- From now all the new accounts sould use thi standard Dock as default.
