The Official mail server of the EPFL has a mail quota of around 7 Gbytes for every user.
The maximum dimension of a message (received or sent) can't be more than 20 Mbyte per EPFL rules.

Every user of the EPFL network has an email address like this: firstname.surname@epfl.ch; messages destined to this address is sent to the personal mailbox of the user. The mailbox is named after the user surname (or the first 8 chars if it is longer) and it's stored in the ewa.epfl.ch (M$ Exchange) server.
