HowTo create a System Default Dock on Os X

Create a standard user account
login as this user
Personalize the Dock
logout
Login with an account that has administrative rights
Open a terminal window
Execute these commands:

sudo cp /Users/<name of the user used to personalize the dock>/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist /System/Library/User Template/English.lproj/Library/Preferences

  chmod 600 /System/Library/User Template/English.lproj/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist
- From now all the new accounts sould use thi standard Dock as default.
