Plase refer to these pages in order to install and use correctly the VPN client for the EPFL Network. After the VPN connection is made to the EPFL Network your computer will act as if the computer is on the 128.178.x.x network and so you can access all the EPFL network resources using the local routing.

To prevent security problem you can't access all the network resources of the I.P.G. Labs, but you can use the ssh protocol to access all the servers or (unix client). You can so use the ssh tunnel feature to connect to the desired port/service of the servers (where possible).
